STEP 1.  THE LOCATION

Our very  experienced sales team has local knowledge and experience and will show you plots of land to help you select the ideal location, for your new home. No rush we take the time to show you around the areas and the local life style.

STEP 2. THE HOUSE DESIGN

Our design team will work with you to design your home, turning your ideas and requirements into provisional plans.  We consecutively follow the new trends in construction techniques, materials and technology. So you can see your dream on paper.

STEP 3. THE PROJECT BUDGET

We discuss with you your project budget, to ensure your ideas fits in with your project budget. We outline all costs involved, building licenses, technical fees. building costs.
So you know exactly how much you have to pay, no nasty surprises at the end of the project. We make sure your investment here in Crete is stress free.

STEP 4. PLANNING:

Once you have agreed in detail the project, plans are drawn up for your final approval and then certified by the engineer who will present them to the Planning office for license approval.

STEP 5.  CONSTRUCTION:

Before we begin construction you will have the opportunity to select and choose all tiles, colours, kitchen details once these have been agreed we will commence construction, with the project handled by an experienced supervisor, during the construction you will receive photos and constant updates.
